The easiest way to get these is by exploring the world and finding Mines, Forests, and Quarries. When you find one of these naturally occurring sources of resources, just click on it and your workers will start gathering resources automatically.

Once you have some resources, it's time to build a workshop! Workshops allow you to produce goods such as weapons, armor, food, and more. To build a workshop, just click on the construction icon in the bottom left corner of the screen and select Workshop. Then drag it onto an empty plot of land. You can then start producing goods by clicking on the workshop and selecting Production.

To build a castle, you'll need a blueprint first. Blueprints can be bought from merchants or looted from chests.
